Why recovery training

A specialisation clubs need

People are busier, more stressed and often train without enough recovery. More gym members want classes that release tension, improve mobility and balance intensive workouts.

There is a shortage of instructors who can deliver safe, structured and engaging recovery sessions. This course gives you the practical methods to fill that gap.

Three methods · one session

How a recovery class is built

  1. 1

    Fascia Training

Smooth, controlled, multi-directional movement, fascial chains and breathing, with safe progressions.

  2. 2

    Foam Rolling & Self-Massage

Rollers, mini rollers, duoballs, massage balls, yoga blocks and bands: safe pressure, speed and positioning.

  3. 3

    Static Stretching

Alignment, intensity, duration and breathing, supported stretches and a calm finish to the class.
