Clients are no longer looking for someone who simply counts repetitions. They want a professional who understands how the body moves, why pain occurs and how to build safe, effective programmes that deliver lasting results.
Poor posture, chronic back pain, neck tension, headaches, reduced mobility and breathing dysfunction are increasingly common due to sedentary lifestyles and modern working environments. This course gives you the tools to identify these issues before they become injuries, and the corrective strategies to deal with them.
Static, visual and dynamic postural assessments, functional movement screening and client measurements.
Identify deviations and overactive or underactive muscles, then choose mobility, flexibility or strength interventions.
Core stability, breathing mechanics and healthy back strategies, with measurable progress tracking.
Theory delivered online, live with your tutor, from the comfort of your own home.
